01 / ORGANIZE TO MOVE FORWARD
01 / THE CHALLENGE

Starting from a need.

A team receives requests through different channels, copies information by hand and loses sight of the status of each case. The conceptual challenge is to organize that journey without adding work for the team.

02 / THE PROPOSAL

A possible path.

Design an n8n workflow that receives requests, checks the required fields, logs them in a shared space and notifies the person in charge. Exceptions go to human review.

  1. Map the process and its exceptions with the people who run it.
  2. Define data, permissions, owners and acceptance criteria.
  3. Build a pilot with test records and error handling.
  4. Validate the full journey and document how it operates.
03 / DELIVERABLES

Making progress tangible.

  • Map of the current and proposed process
  • Documented automation workflow
  • Matrix of exceptions and owners
  • Operations and testing guide
04 / HOW TO EVALUATE IT

Measure to learn.

Proposed indicators for a potential pilot. Targets would be agreed once the baseline is known.

01Handling time per request
02Percentage of complete records
03Errors that require manual intervention
